ASTRO 25 (optional mode)
Operates by Common Key Reference (CKR) key management.
• Eliminates need to place a key in a specific memory location
• Enables products to access the same encryption keys, regardless of physical storage capability
• Uses the Universal Crypto Module (UCM), which is required for over-the-air rekeying

Multisystem compatibility
Supports SECURENET, Secure ASTRO, Secure ASTRO 25, P25, and Dimetra equipment.

Supervisor and Operator password protection
Improves security, limiting access to sensitive key management functionality.

Store and Forward functionalities
Supports transfer of keys and allows a user to reach units out of range during rekeying .
