PremierOne Mobile Privacy Policy

The PremierOne Mobile app works with the PremierOne CAD product which is purchased by our customers.  We process personal information through the PremierOne Mobile app in accordance with the MSI Privacy Statement.  

Customer Data:  Our customers use the PremierOne Mobile app which shares personal information collected and processed by the app with our PremierOne CAD product.  Accordingly, our customers may access any personal information processed by the PremierOne Mobile app issued to their particular users through the PremierOne CAD product.  Our customers are responsible for determining how they will use their users’ personal information and for providing notice and taking any other legal steps with regard to the collection and processing of such information. If you have any questions about how our customers process personal information, please refer to the privacy notice of the business or government organization with which you have a relationship and which has granted you access to their PremierOne CAD product.  

Location Services:  PremierOne Mobile collects location data to track and display your unit location on the map, show the location and status of your unit and other units, provide navigation and turn by turn directions, and for the display and usage throughout the PremierOne CAD and Mobile applications, even when the app is closed or not in use.
