Motorola Solutions erwirbt TETRA Ireland Communications, den Anbieter von Irlands nationalem Digitalfunk-Service

Akquisition baut Motorola Solutions globales Managed & Support Services-Geschäft weiter aus

CHICAGO – 23. März 2022 – Motorola Solutions hat bekannt gegeben, dass das Unternehmen TETRA Ireland Communications Limited, den Anbieter von Irlands landesweiten Digital Radio Service (NDRS), übernommen hat.

TETRA Ireland liefert sicherheitskritische Sprach- und Datenkommunikation an tausende Einsatzkräfte der irischen Behörden und Organisationen mit Sicherheitsaufgaben, wie Sicherheits- und Vollzugsbehörden, Gesundheits- und Rettungsdiensten, staatlichen Versorgungsunternehmen sowie Freiwilligenorganisationen. Das Kommunikationsnetz basiert auf der neuesten TETRA-Digitalfunktechnologie von Motorola Solutions.
