In five days time, Motorola Solutions’ Lean Six Sigma Green Belt professional service training course can teach individuals how to define opportunities, measure performance, analyze opportunities and improve performance. The Motorola Six Sigma model was developed in 1986 with a concept aimed at minimizing variability in manufacturing through the standardization of product defect measurement. In 2008, the concept integrated the lean manufacturing methodology of optimizing customer value and reducing waste. The Green Belt program targets high-performance employees at all levels from all functional areas who serve as project leaders or members.
