Resistant to Extreme Environments
Water-resistant radios in the VX-924 is built to submerge to a depth of 3 feet in water for up to 30 minutes. To ensure the quality of our waterproof walkie talkie, we tested them to meet military standards for ruggedness, as well as the IP57 ingress protection standard. Issues such as rain, snow, fire suppression spray and dust are never a problem for these portable radios.

Meets Safety Standards
With just a push of a button on this Vertex Standard mobile radio, an emergency notification to alert for help will be sent to a designated channel. The two-way radio will also automatically switch and monitor the designated emergency channel. This portable handheld radio also includes Remote Listen, a feature that turns the radio on remotely when necessary to monitor what is happening in the vicinity.

Exclusive Auto-Range Transpond System - ARTS™
Always know your connection status. Only Vertex Standard radios are designed to inform you when you and another ARTS™- equipped radio are within communication range.
