Communication Customer Terms
The agreement documents linked below set forth the terms and conditions applicable to products or services sold by Motorola Solutions and its wholly-owned subsidiaries. Notwithstanding the agreement documents linked here, if a sale is made pursuant to another definitive customer contract agreed to and executed by both you and Motorola Solutions, or the sale is made pursuant to another mutually executed agreement already in effect, then such executed agreement will govern your purchase of products and services.
Standard Terms for Products and Services
Motorola Solutions Customer Agreement (MCA 2.1) - Primary agreement applicable to all purchases of Motorola Solutions Products. Purchases of SaaS-only Products without Equipment are subject to the Subscription Software Agreement. MCA v2.1 supersedes previous versions of the MCA and combines elements of the following addenda, which are now retired: Equipment Purchase and Software License, Communication System, Subscription Software, Software Products, and Professional Services.
Motorola Solutions Customer Agreement (MCA 2.1 Canada) - Primary agreement applicable to all purchases of Motorola Solutions Products in Canada. Purchases of SaaS-only Products without Equipment are subject to the Subscription Software Agreement. Software License Agreement - terms that form part of the MCA and govern the Customer’s use of Licensed Software and Software-as-a-Service from Motorola.
Confidentiality Terms – terms that apply as part of any Agreement between Customer and Motorola, and are subject to applicable freedom of information or public records legislation.
Maintenance, Support and Lifecycle Management Addendum – terms supplemental to the Motorola Solutions Customer Agreement for all Motorola Solutions Communication System combined maintenance and lifecycle management services sold.
Additional Services Terms - additional terms applicable to Customer’s purchase of Professional Services to evaluate or assess networks, systems or operations; network security assessment or network monitoring; software application development Services; or transport connectivity services.
Transport Connectivity Addendum – terms supplemental to the MCA when regulated services are being offered by Motorola Solutions Connectivity, Inc.
Mobile Video and Vigilant Addendum (MVVA) - terms that form part of the MCA and govern the Customer’s purchase of any Motorola mobile video products and LPR cameras.
ASR Terms
Authorized Sales Representative - third-party terms and conditions applicable to sales of certain products offered by Motorola to its Customers as an authorized sales representative of the vendors identified herein.
End User Terms
End User Agreement – applicable to all end-users who purchase Motorola Solutions subscription software through a reseller.
Terms and Conditions Archive
Archive – terms and conditions applicable to products or services sold by Motorola Solutions and its wholly-owned subsidiaries up to the expiration date noted.
Flow-Down Terms
Third-Party Software Flow-Downs - Additional legal terms applicable to certain third-party software included in Motorola Solutions products.
APX NEXT ATT FlowDowns for Customer Agreement – Additional terms applicable to SMART features on APXNext or APX N devices for Services provided by ATT.
APX NEXT Verizon FlowDowns for Customer Agreement – Additional terms applicable to SMART features on APXNext or APX N devices for Services provided by Verizon.
